Santa Bear Update December 7, 2022
Thanks to everyone who ordered a 2022 Santa Bear! Our next shipment is on its way!
If you prepaid for your Santa Bear on or before November 28, your shipment will be ready for pickup beginning Friday, December 9th when the market opens at 10:00 am.
If you ordered AFTER November 28, we anticipate an early January arrival.
If you haven't yet preordered your bear, you still have time! The Departments at Dayton's is accepting preorders in person at 700 Nicollet Mall (The Dayton's Project) during market hours (10:00 - 6:00 Monday through Saturday and 12:00 - 5:00 on Sunday).
Unfortunately, we do not have an online option available. Orders can only be taken in person right now at The Departments at Dayton's Winter Market at 700 Nicollet Ave on the first floor of The Dayton's Project. The market is open on Monday through Saturday from 10 AM - 6 PM and on Sundays from 11 AM - 5 PM between now and January 13, 2023.
Currently, yes. But the pre-order list fills quickly and order status may change from open to close with minimal to zero notice.

You can park wherever you like downtown! But the Shop & Park parking ramp is connected to The Dayton's Project.
No! But with 67 other vendors, you might find something else you like!
Shop and the City is coordinating orders. Please connect with them to check on the shipment status (shopinthecity.com). Different pre-order lists will come at different times. If you are ordering on November 29th or later, your bear will not arrive before Christmas.

Currently, the only option available is to join a pre-order list at our pop-up location downtown. You do not have to be personally present to join the list, someone else can add you and pick up your bear on your behalf.
